Property Surveyor

Are you a Surveyor looking for a new and challenging role?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who is looking for a career supporting our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting clients to survey their commercial property before preparing a report suitable for our Tax Advisors. A survey will consist of measuring and creating an itinerary of items in the property using our state of the art iPad application. You will be able to work alongside the Tax department to ensure that our clients benefit fully from our services.

If you like the idea of a new and exciting role, then this could be the job for you. This role would suit a candidate with previous experience as an Insurance Surveyor or Property Surveyor.

Requirements of the role:

Candidate must have property survey experience.
Comfortable meeting a wide range of clients.
Excellent organisational skills.

Chartered Tax Advisor

We’re looking for a hardworking Chartered Tax Advisor to specialise in Capital Allowances, using their knowledge of tax legislation to provide advisory and consultancy services to clients. One of the key roles includes meeting with clients’ accountants to collect information and discuss how our service could benefit their entire client base. We expect the individual to keep up to date with the changing tax laws and explain complicated legislation and its implications to clients in simple terms.

 

Business Development Manager

You’ll build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain a good understanding of current tax legislation. You will also be able to nurture clients and contacts to enhance the potential for ongoing business or referrals.

You will receive an appointment or will arrange an appointment yourself. From this, you will meet the client and/or the their accountant and solicitor, identifying whether they are entitled to claim Capital Allowances, based upon the official documentation they will provide. You will act as a point of call for the client, guiding them through the claiming process and keeping them up to date with the status and progress of their claim.

 

Marketing Assistant - Graphic Design

Are you a graduate with an extensive knowledge of marketing and graphic design?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual with previous experience in a marketing and/or graphic design role to join our friendly team and assist our Marketing Director.

The successful candidate will use their knowledge of graphic design to contribute and assist with various marketing materials including marketing campaigns, the design and structure of our website, brochures, various promotional activities and more.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of InDesign and Photoshop, with a creative eye for design and the ability to use these tools to market our services to specific individuals. We are looking for someone who can design visually appealing material to assist with our written content.

Requirements of the role:

  • Candidate must be a graduate or have relevant experience
  • Proficient with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
  • Previous experience in a marketing and/or graphic design role.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • HTML and CSS knowledge preferred
  • Has the ability to work under pressure
